We cover all aspects of your gardening and house maintenance work. We can take the worry from you in all aspects of your house running and make sure that your home looks in A1 condition at all times.
GARDENING SERVICES THAT WE WILL COVER:
Grass Cutting, Weeding, Planting ,Turfing , Rubbish Clearance , Drain Cleaning and new to our programme is Path Jet Washing.
HOUSE SERVICES THAT WE WILL COVER:
House & window Painting, House clearance, Window cleaning and house cleaning inside, rowings cleaned out, Emergency repair work when needed via pictures sent to you , Inventory of your house hold goods and property condition before letting out and report of any damage that may be caused by tenants before and after they leave. Pictures again can be taken for you inside and out before and after they leave due to you not being here on the island yourself.
The pictures will be sent via email by us the same day so you can arrange deposit money returns to your tenants or letting agents.
