We charge per visit and invoice either fortnightly or monthly, which ever you prefer.
All invoices will get distributed via post or email anywhere in the world for you as you may not be in the uk.
Prices will differ so we ask you to contact us and book a visit from us. We could also visit the property without you there if needed. We will take pictures for both of us to discuss prices over the phone or by email.
Please note all prices are set and will not increase until we notify you. This will give you a chance to talk to us regarding the costs involved before work is carried out.
